Host or Lead an Echo Group
Host or Lead an Echo Group
We encourage everyone to leverage their spiritual gifts, interests, and hobbies for God’s Kingdom. A great way to get started is by hosting or leading an Echo Group — a welcoming space for people to grow in their faith and build friendships with others!
Group Host vs. Leader
Leading others to passionately follow Jesus is one of the most fulfilling parts of being a Christ-follower. You can do so by becoming a group host or leader.
Group Host
Hosting is a great way to grow spiritually and connect with others.
As a host, you’ll facilitate meaningful discussions about the Sunday messages while engaging in a common interest (e.g., basketball, cooking, or hiking) with your group members. Hosts typically have not completed the leadership qualifications to be endorsed by Echo.
Group Leader
Leading a group is a great way to help people deepen their faith and strengthen their spiritual practices.
As a leader, you’ll facilitate discussion with or teach Bible-based content to your group members. All leaders must complete Echo’s leadership qualifications, and be trained and endorsed by Echo staff.
