Multipliers are high-capacity volunteer leaders — directors, coordinators, or coaches — who dedicate 10 or more hours per week to serve in close partnership with Echo staff. This isn’t a higher leadership role; rather, it’s a  deeper commitment in your current role. Leaders are personally invited by staff to become multipliers.

2. Annual Covenant Renewal

Review and sign the multiplier covenant each year.
