Echo.Church’s internship program invests in and equips hard-charging, high-capacity ministry leaders who are fully committed to God’s call on their lives and Echo’s mission.
Our internships are not just about observing ministry but actively participating in it. Our goal is to develop young leaders who grow spiritually and practically while gaining ministry skills and life experience. While there are fun elements to our program, it’s primarily about intentional growth for you, the intern. You’ll be challenged to step up, take ownership, and be the feet on the ground for God’s Kingdom.
Summer Internship Program
Our summer internship is a nine-week program for students and young adults (ages 15 to 23 years old).

What to Expect
- Hands-On Ministry Experience: Join a dynamic, multi-campus church environment. You won’t just observe; you’ll jump right in, playing an active role in meaningful ministry work.
- Weekly Classes & Growth Sessions: Learn about integrity, work skills, and personal development through engaging classes and activities. Build essential leadership skills for life.
- Mentorship & Leadership Development: Connect with experienced leaders who are dedicated to helping you grow spiritually and professionally.
- Fun, Fellowship & Bonding: It’s not all work! Expect plenty of fun, team-building activities, and time to bond with fellow interns.
