We wanted to take a moment to share how Echo.Church is processing the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We recognize that COVID-19 is spreading exponentially. It has been deemed a global pandemic by the WHO. We are monitoring both national and local news on recommendations on how we can do our part to help mitigate the spread and be smart about staying healthy.
The feeling of uncertainty can quickly lead to fear and anxiety. We want to make sure that we lead from a position of faith, hope, and light. To not allow the spirit of fear to dictate our decisions.
It’s important for our staff to be wise during discernment. We spent time praying and meeting together as a team to develop a plan on how to move forward.
In order for us to help prevent the further spread of the virus, we will be moving our in-person services to online. To make explicit, this Sunday (March 15th) Echo.Church services will be available — online only.
This is an opportunity for us to continue to gather together, worship with one another, and hear a wonderful message. We will be investing more resources to ensure our Echo.Church Online experience feels meaningful, spirit-filled, and powerful. This is not the first time that the church has had to deal with a major world issue. God’s power and glory can be the greatest source of healing, hope, and light during this time.
We also see this as an opportunity to deepen our prayer life. To boldly pray in agreement and unity against COVID-19. To pray for medical staff as they fight this virus on the front lines.
Our hearts go out to our community, the world, and those of us that we know who have been physically impacted by this. We invite you to pray boldly for God to move with miraculous healing and peace.
Here are 4 things we want to invite you into joining us:
1. Pray. We believe that prayer has real power. We believe there’s real power when we pray unified and in agreement against COVID-19.
Be sure to join our prayer team by signing up here.
Philippians 4:6
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
2. Engage Online. We will be active online with messages, communication, and even just being in community with one another.
Join our live online streamed services and engage with us in our chat room.

3. Share the church online experience. Be a hope giver! Share the message and stream with others on your social media. We want to spread hope and light and invite our community to join us. This is especially important as more and more people may begin to isolate themselves.
4. Be a blessing! It’s easy to want to horde and isolate yourself in times of uncertainty.
It is impossible to have a harvest when you are hoarding. We want to leverage what’s in our hands to make a difference and we can do that through our generosity.
If you’re part of Echo.Church, we want to invite you to automate your generosity. We want to help bless our community, other Churches, and those who will have financial difficulties to persevere during this time.
